    Dear Emily, I have bought and read your book, but where are the exercise demos promised in the book? The links in the Kindle version go to http://movementlongevity.science/ there is a heading for barefoot strong exercises but it doesn’t seem to be linked. Certainly doesn’t work on iPad.
